Shipping restrictions
It is your responsibility to know the specific import restrictions of your country. If your package is refused or destroyed, Mommy's Soaps will not be able to refund your order or offer a free replacement.
Italy has import laws that do not allow the importation of cosmetics or soap making supplies, if you buy from there, make sure you can receive the products. If these are returned by customs under normal conditions, we will refund the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping costs.
We are unable to ship to Greece because the country requires special FDA documentation and inspections that are beyond our international shipping capabilities.
We are unable to ship to Russia or Crimea due to import regulations.
Shipments to Serbia require a business license for invoices over US$200.
We ship only to countries in the EU orbit.
We do not ship to embargoed or sanctioned countries.
