  • Orders are picked up by the carrier in our workshop on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and leave that same day at noon.

  • The average delivery time for shipments to the peninsula is around 48/72 business hours, once dispatched.

  • Please take this into account when calculating the arrival times of your orders.

Because we guarantee the safety and purity of our material, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any consumables, including fragrance oils, micas and coloring pigments, outside of our direct control. 

If you wish to return any other items (molds, jars) due to breakage or defects, please leave us a Whatsapp message at (+34) 622 356 758 or email us at info@mommyssoaps.com within 30 days to obtain a resolution or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

ORDERS RETURNED BY THE CARRIER - IMPORTANT

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly fill out the contact information in the checkout form (address, zip code, telephone number, email) to facilitate the work of the delivery staff.

The carrier will make 2 attempts to deliver the packages.

If both are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to origin.

The returned package will be resent to the customer, after verification of the shipping data to prevent this situation from being repeated.

The costs of this forwarding are borne by the customer, once payment has been made, the package will be forwarded to the recipient.

Mommy's Soaps & Candles is not responsible for these situations and will not assume any cost of resending packages not delivered for these reasons, returns or refunds are NOT accepted.
