Because we guarantee the safety and purity of our material, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any consumables, including aromatic oils (fragrances), micas and color pigments, candle dyes, and waxes in general outside of our direct control.
If you wish to return any other item (molds, jars) due to breakage or defects, please send us a WhatsApp message at (+34) 622 356 758 or email us at info@mommyssoaps.com within 30 days to obtain a resolution or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
ORDERS RETURNED BY THE CARRIER - IMPORTANT
It is the customer's responsibility to correctly fill in the contact details in the checkout form (Address, ZIP code, phone, email) to facilitate the work of the delivery staff.
The carrier will make 2 delivery attempts for the packages.
If both fail, the package will be returned to the origin.
The returned package will be resent to the customer, after verifying the shipping information to prevent this situation from recurring.
The costs of this reshipment are borne by the customer, once payment has been made, the package will be resent to the recipient.
If a package is delayed or held in Customs, Mommy's Soaps has no way to control this situation.
It is the customer's obligation and responsibility to know the entry rules for cosmetic/craft products in their country of residence.
Mommy's Soaps & Candles is not responsible for these situations and will not assume any cost for reshipping packages not delivered for these reasons, NO returns or refunds are accepted.
Please note that under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded, since the shipping company has provided the package delivery service and made at least 2 attempts.
In case of a full refund of the order value (provided the conditions are met), the shipping costs will be deducted from said refund.
