To calculate shipping times, please note the following.
Starting in April 2024, the carrier will pick up orders on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
The prices shown here are for informational purposes.
The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout, because at certain times of the year, transportation companies apply fuel surcharges beyond our control, so these prices should be taken as a reference.
ORDERS RETURNED BY THE CARRIER - IMPORTANT
It is the customer's responsibility to correctly fill out the contact information in the checkout form (address, zip code, telephone number, email) to facilitate the work of the delivery staff.
The carrier will make 2 attempts to deliver the packages.
If both are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to origin.
The returned package will be resent to the customer, after verifying the shipping data to prevent this situation from happening again.
The costs of this forwarding are borne by the customer, once payment has been made, the package will be forwarded to the recipient.
Mommy's Soaps & Candles is not responsible for these situations and will not assume any cost of resending packages not delivered for these reasons, returns or refunds are NOT accepted.

Shipping restrictions
It is your responsibility to know your country's specific import restrictions. If your package is refused or destroyed, Mommy's Soaps will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement free of charge.
Italy has import laws that do not allow the import of cosmetics or soap making supplies, if you buy from there, make sure you can receive the products. If these are returned by customs under normal conditions, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
We cannot ship to Russia or Crimea due to import regulations.
Shipments to Serbia require a business license for invoices over US$200.
We only ship to countries in the EU orbit.
We do not ship to embargoed or sanctioned countries.
