🚫 Important: Orders placed from the Canary Islands that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and the full amount refunded. Please follow the steps in order before purchasing.
Register as a client at Mommy's Soaps with all your information. The following fields are mandatory:
- DNI / NIF / CIF / NIE — enter it in the "Company" field
- Phone number — in its corresponding field
Add a billing address to your profile, making sure to include your DNI/NIF/CIF/NIE in the "Company" field. This information is essential to issue your invoice correctly and manage the VAT exemption.
Once registered, let us know so we can set your profile as VAT exempt. Write to us at info@mommyssoaps.com or through any of our contact channels.
Wait for our confirmation before placing any order. Only when you receive our OK will your profile be ready to purchase under the correct conditions.
