Birch Berries

Velvet Orchid is a sophisticated floral-oriental fragrance, designed to deliver solid performance in both vegetable waxes and soaps and cosmetic products. Its structure combines bright fruity notes with a velvety floral heart and a warm oriental base, achieving a composition with high fixation, excellent cold throw, and an enveloping hot throw.

The opening features bergamot, peach, red fruits, and melon, a juicy and bright combination that provides initial freshness and rapid aromatic diffusion. These volatile notes help activate olfactory perception from the first lighting or application, enhancing the opening sensation in candles and mists.

The heart is dominated by a rich and creamy velvet orchid, reinforced by soft jasmine, tuberose, and heliotrope, creating a deep, sensual, and slightly powdery floral body. This middle phase provides stability and softness in handmade soaps, maintaining good definition after cold process saponification (it may cause slight darkening due to the vanilla in the base).

The base combines sandalwood, vetiver, labdanum, vanilla, and musk, providing a warm, resinous profile with long-lasting qualities. This oriental anchor ensures a persistent drydown ideal for premium candles and body products requiring prolonged fixation.

Highlighted technical properties:

• Very good performance in soy candles and vegetable blends.

• Hot throw is rounded and enveloping, especially in medium-large formats.

• High stability in CP soaps, although it may darken due to the vanilla content.

• Excellent fixation in body butters, solid perfumes, and creams.
