Mommy's Soaps shipping policy

Shipping times:

To calculate shipping times, please consider the following.

Starting from April 2024, the carrier will pick up orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the morning.

The prices shown here are for informational purposes.

The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout, because at certain times of the year, transport companies apply fuel surcharges beyond our control, so these prices should be taken as a reference.

ORDERS RETURNED BY THE CARRIER - IMPORTANT

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly fill in the contact details in the checkout form (Address, ZIP code, phone, email) to facilitate the work of the delivery staff.

The carrier will make 2 delivery attempts for the packages.

If both fail, the package will be returned to the origin.

The returned package will be resent to the customer, after verifying the shipping details to prevent this situation from recurring.

The costs of this reshipment are borne by the customer, once payment has been made, the package will be resent to the recipient.

Mommy's Soaps & Candles is not responsible for these situations and will not assume any cost of reshipping packages not delivered for these reasons, RETURNS or refunds are NOT accepted.

Note: delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed during force majeure situations, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, customs processes, etc.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, before placing your order, make sure you have visited our Shipments to the Canary Islands page and follow the steps detailed there. Orders that do not meet this requirement will be canceled and the money refunded. 

Shipping restrictions

It is your responsibility to know the specific import restrictions of your country. If your package is rejected or destroyed, Mommy's Soaps will not be able to refund your order or offer a free replacement.

There are countries with import laws that do not allow the import of cosmetics or soap-making supplies, so please make sure your country is not in this group and that you can receive the products.

If these are returned by customs, under normal conditions we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping costs DO NOT include any customs fees, which will be borne by the customer.

We only ship to countries within the EU orbit.
