🧾 How to add your billing address?
Step-by-step guide to invoicing your company
If you need your order invoiced to your company’s name, with your VAT number and fiscal address, it is totally possible. Just follow these steps during the purchase process:
Add products to the cart and click "Complete purchase" to start the payment process.
Enter your shipping address — the address where you want to receive the order — and select your preferred shipping method.
At the Payment step, enter your card details. Just below the cardholder’s name, you will see a checkbox that says:
✅ "Use shipping address as billing address"
Uncheck that box. A form will appear where you can enter your company’s billing details: company name or business name, VAT/tax ID, fiscal address, city, and postal code.
Complete the payment. Our store will save that billing address for future orders, so you won’t have to enter it again next time.
⚠️ Important: The billing address must be entered at the time of the order. If you have already placed an order and need to correct the billing information, write to us at info@mommyssoaps.com and we will gladly handle it.

Yes. In the billing address form, you will find a field called "Company (optional)" where you can enter your VAT or tax ID number along with your company name. This is the right place to add this tax information.
Can I have a different shipping address and billing address?
Yes, absolutely. The order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide, and the invoice will be issued with the billing information you enter.
Where can I download my invoice?
As soon as you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your invoice in PDF. Additionally, we always include a printed copy inside the package, so you have it handy from the very beginning.
